At Star Sleep, we understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your booking. To protect the interests of our valued customers and our company, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please review it carefully before making any reservations

Full Refund: If you cancel 30 days before check-in you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: If you cancel between 29-15 days before check-in, you will be able to receive a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee.

No Refund: If you cancel 14 days or less before check-in, you will not be able to receive a refund
Company-Initiated Cancellations
In case Star Sleep needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, force majeure, natural disasters, suspicion of fraudulent activity or other compulsory situations, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
