Cancellation Policy In accordance with Star Sleep’s cancellation policy & its current regulation (article 8 of Law 1652/1986 on consumer-hotel relations), in case of cancellation of your reservation for accommodation and depending on your service provider, one of the following cancellation policies apply:
  • Strict Cancellation Policy A strict cancellation policy allows you a free cancellation if you cancel up to 48 hours after booking and 30 days before check-in. If you cancel after this period, you will not be able to receive a refund (0% refund).
  • Moderate Cancellation Policy A moderate cancellation policy allows you a free cancelation if you cancel up to 48 hours after booking and 30 days before check-in. If you cancel between 30-14 days, you will be able to receive a 50% refund.
  • Flexible Cancellation Policy A flexible cancellation policy allows you a free cancelation if you cancel up to 1 week (7-days) before check-in. If you cancel between 7 days and 24-hours, you will be able to receive a 50% refund.
